From their Petit Enfant range (for babies and toddlers; RRP $17.50) comes the Nourishing Cream (pictured above). This luxurious cream provides all the nutrients the skin needs to maintain its smoothness and moisture. The cream’s moisturising formula contains proteins, vitamins and minerals helping the skin to restore its natural moisture level, to prevent moisture loss, and to improve an infant’s skin elasticity. This delicate skin moisturiser can also be used on kids and adults who suffer from dry skin.
I’ve been trialling the Nourishing Cream on both myself and two of my children who suffer from Ezcema. My oldest daughter in particular has dry skin and has suffered from Ezcema ever since she was a baby. I don’t like the thought of using harsh medicated creams, so I use them at a minimum. The Nourishing Cream from Petit is so gentle and soothing. It also works as a great barrier cream to help keep the moisture in, which is perfect for children with dry skin or conditions like Eczema.
As a busy mum I’m always washing my hands with soap (it was even worse when my twins were babies and needed their nappies changed every 5 minutes). So I’ve been trying the nourishing cream on my hands and they’re definitely looking less cracked and wrinkley!
Petit have recently received the ‘Stamp of Approval’ by NSW parent support agency Karitane, after a rigorous assessment process.
